SEIKORA – RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. General Policy
Right of Return – 14 Days (Non-Customized Products)
In compliance with UK and EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order for non-customized products. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty. This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, which are exempt from returns under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
At SEIKORA, each watch is custom-made to order and assembled with precision according to the customer’s specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, our refund and return policy is subject to strict conditions.
Right of Withdrawal – UK & US Consumer Regulations
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:
• Custom-made to the consumer’s specifications.
• Personalized or assembled according to individual preferences.
As a result, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
2. Returns & Refunds – Strictly Limited Cases
We accept returns and refunds only in the following circumstances:
2.1. Manufacturing Defect or Non-Compliance
If your watch has a clear manufacturing defect or does not match the product description, you may request a return.
Conditions for a Return:
• Notification: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your watch to report the defect.
• Product Condition: The watch must be returned in its original condition, including:
• Unworn (no visible wear, scratches, or signs of use).
• All protective films intact.
• No time adjustments or bracelet link removals.
• Original packaging included.
Return Process:
1. After receiving your request, we will conduct an initial assessment based on your description and, if necessary, ask for photo or video evidence.
2. If eligible, we will provide a prepaid return label with clear return instructions (UK & US customers).
3. Upon receiving and inspecting the watch, if the defect is confirmed, we will:
• Repair or replace the watch at no cost.
• If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
4. Strictly Non-Refundable Cases
Under no circumstances will returns or refunds be accepted for the following reasons:
3.1. Buyer’s Remorse & Preference-Based Returns
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect size or fit after wearing or adjusting the bracelet.
• Dissatisfaction with the watch’s style, weight, or feel on the wrist.
• Minor color variations due to screen differences.
3.2. Improper Use & Damage by Customer
Our return policy does not cover any damage caused by:
• Accidental damage (impacts, scratches, drops, or water exposure beyond the watch’s specifications).
• Improper handling (excessive force on the crown, overwinding, or opening the watch case).
• Bracelet adjustments made by the customer, including damage to links or clasps.
• Magnetization due to exposure to strong magnetic fields.
• Unauthorized modifications, such as changing the dial or adding a logo.
Any attempt to modify the watch, even after receipt, voids all return and refund rights.
4. Warranty Policy – 12 Months on Movement
All SEIKORA watches are covered by a 12-month warranty on the NH34/NH35 automatic movement.
However, the warranty does not cover:
• Bracelets, clasps, and buckles (as they are adjustable by the user).
• Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, strap deterioration, or cosmetic damage).
• Time deviation within the acceptable range of automatic watches (-20s to +40s per day).
• Power reserve issues due to insufficient wearing or winding.

5. Return Address & Additional Fees
All returns must be sent to the following address:

• If a return is approved due to a confirmed defect, we will cover the shipping costs (UK & US customers).
• If a return is denied (e.g., no defect is found or the issue is due to misuse), the customer must pay a £30 / $35 return fee to have the watch sent back.
• Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
6. How to Request a Return
If you believe your watch qualifies for a return, please contact us at contact@seikora-watches.com with:
1. Your order number.
2. A detailed explanation of the issue.
3. Photo or video proof showing the problem.
Failure to meet these conditions will result in a rejection of the return request.
