1.1. General Terms
By accessing or purchasing from SEIKORA, you agree to the following terms:
• These terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, and merchants.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit product quantities.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. However, you will be charged the price listed at the time of purchase.
• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions but do not guarantee they are error-free.
1.2. Order Processing & Shipping
• Production Time: Our watches are assembled to order. The average production time is 10 to 12 business days before shipment. This may vary depending on demand and model complexity.
• Shipping: Once production is complete, the watch is carefully packed and handed to the courier. Estimated delivery times depend on your location. See our Shipping Policy for details.
• Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed. After this period, no cancellations are possible.
• Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraudulent transactions.
1.3. Payment & Legal Disclaimer
• Payments must be made at the time of purchase via the methods provided on our website. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
• SEIKORA is not liable for delays due to customs, shipping carriers, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not affiliated with any brand. SEIKORA sells custom-modified watches built using Seiko movements, but we do not sell or endorse counterfeit products.
5. Legal Notice
This Warranty Policy and Terms of Service are governed by the laws of both the United Kingdom and the United States. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Any fraudulent claims will be systematically rejected. SEIKORA is operated by two distinct business entities depending on the region and payment provider: Skye Agency, 272 Bath Street, G2 4JR, Glasgow, UK, managing payments through Klarna; Nh Agency, 7901 4TH N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL, US 33702, handling payments processed via Shopify Payments and other US-based providers.
Transactions are managed accordingly based on the selected payment method.
