SEIKORA – SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
(Compliant with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 & US Federal Trade Commission Regulations)
1. Order Processing & Production Times
• Made-to-Order: All watches are custom-made and assembled upon order. Production takes approximately 10 to 12 business days before shipping.
• Each watch undergoes quality control, accuracy testing, power reserve verification, and waterproof testing before being shipped.
• Once production is complete, the order is securely packed and handed over to the courier.
• Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.
• Estimated delivery times after production:
• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
• European Union: 4–7 business days
• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–15 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local delivery conditions, or unforeseen delays.
SEIKORA is not responsible for delays caused by couriers.
3. Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Orders
Orders Cannot Be Canceled After Processing
• Orders enter processing 48 hours after purchase. After this point, they cannot be canceled or modified.
• If a customer insists on canceling after processing, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to cover labor and material costs.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Returns & Refunds After Shipment
We only accept returns in cases of defective or incorrect products. Buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction, or preference-based returns are not accepted.
Approved Return Conditions:
• The watch must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• All protective films must be intact, and the bracelet must not be resized or adjusted.
• No scratches, modifications, or visible signs of wear.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
If a return meets these conditions, a full refund will be issued after inspection. If any criteria are not met, the return will be rejected and the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
4. Legal Obligation to Return After Refund
• If an order has been refunded but the package has already shipped, the customer is legally required to return the product.
• Keeping a refunded item without returning it is considered fraud and may lead to legal action.
Strict Return Conditions After Refund:
• The watch must not be worn, resized, or modified.
• The return must be initiated within 4 business days of the refund.
• If the watch is not returned within the deadline, SEIKORA will take legal measures and report the case to financial institutions.
Consequences of Non-Return:
• Debt collection procedures may be initiated.
• The abuse will be reported to PayPal, Stripe, and other payment platforms, potentially affecting the customer’s financial profile.
• Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent claims.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
Lost Packages
• If a package is lost, a claim will be filed with the courier.
• A replacement or store credit may be offered once the investigation is complete.
Stolen Packages
• If tracking confirms delivery but the package is missing, SEIKORA is not responsible.
• The customer must file a claim with the courier.
Delayed Shipments
• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines.
• No refunds will be issued for courier-related delays.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
• Orders shipped outside the United States or the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, payable by the buyer.
• Seikora is not responsible for customs clearance delays or additional charges imposed by authorities.
7. Responsibility for Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
• Customers must provide accurate shipping information. SEIKORA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, reshipment costs will apply.
