Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

At SEIKORA, we stand behind the quality of our watches. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use.

What the Warranty Covers

• Defects related to materials or craftsmanship.

• Parts and labor required to repair these defects.

• Watch movements that stop working due to internal defects (not external damage).

Warranty Duration

Our watches come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Extended Warranty Option

Customers can extend their warranty for an additional year for £26 / $29, bringing the total coverage to 2 years. This option must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be added later.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective product as long as the defect is due to materials or craftsmanship.

What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.

• Unauthorized modifications or opening of the watch case.

• Failure to follow maintenance instructions.

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, strap wear).

• Water damage (unless the watch has been upgraded with our enhanced water resistance option).

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us via contact@seikora-watches.com with a description of the issue.

2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

3. Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for sending the defective watch. If the warranty claim is valid, SEIKORA will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Service process: Once the watch is received, our team will inspect it and update you on the repair or replacement status.

Water Resistance – What You Need to Know

Our watches have a standard water resistance of 3ATM, meaning they can withstand splashes, rain, and light water exposure. They are not suitable for swimming, showering, or diving.

Factors Affecting Water Resistance

Water resistance can be compromised by:

• An improperly screwed or pushed-in crown, allowing water to infiltrate.

• Shocks or strong impacts, which may damage the gaskets.

• Temperature variations, especially exposure to hot water or steam, which can cause seals to expand or contract, reducing effectiveness.

Water Resistance Upgrade Option

For better water protection, we offer the following upgrade:

✅ 5 ATM (50m) Upgrade – £43 / $49

• Suitable for splashes, rain, showers, and light swimming.

• Not suitable for diving or extreme water sports.

📌 This upgrade must be requested at the time of purchase and cannot be added later.

Important Notice

Please note that any water resistance markings on the dial are purely decorative and do not necessarily reflect the actual tested water resistance level.

To maintain your watch’s integrity:

• Avoid immersion or prolonged contact with water unless upgraded.

• Do not expose it to high-pressure water, hot water, or steam.

• Ensure the crown is always fully pushed in or screwed down.
